Why Gold Standard Exists
Gold Standard grew out of firsthand experience selling Final Expense.
Founder William Goldberg entered the insurance industry after approximately a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, lead generation and sales.
Like many new agents, he initially followed the traditional path.
Buy leads. Drive to appointments. Learn through trial and error.
After transitioning to telesales, William began rebuilding the process around efficiency.
He developed his own lead generation, CRM, dialing and sales systems and ultimately submitted more than $400,000 in Final Expense premium during his first year in the business.
Through that process, one idea became increasingly clear:
New agents need reps.
Gold Standard was built to create an environment where serious independent agents can get those conversations while having access to the training and support needed to improve.

Participating agents are independent contractors and are independently licensed and contracted with participating insurance carriers. Insurance products may only be offered by appropriately licensed insurance producers. Carrier and product availability varies by state.
This is a commission-only independent agent opportunity. No level of income or production is guaranteed.
